In the event that incorrect or defective item has been sent to you, please notify us at hello@twodogs.com.sg within 3 calendar days of receiving your order with the order number and picture(s) of the item. We will provide a refund or an exchange of item.
The item is to be returned within 7 days using a traceable mode of delivery. The item must be returned unused and undamaged with the original packaging and tag intact. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. We are not responsible for any lost item in mail.
