Free delivery with a minimum spent of SGD39 to one location in Singapore only. If your order does not qualify for our complementary delivery service, our shipping rates are as follows:
Delivery (Within Singapore Only):
- For standard delivery – between 2 to 5 working days – $5 per order to one location.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery such as recipient not at home or incorrect address given by buyer, buyer will have to pay for standard delivery fee for re-delivery even if buyer qualifies for our complementary delivery service.
If incorrect or defective item has been sent to you, please notify us at email@example.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order with the order number and picture(s) of the item. We will provide a refund or an exchange of item.
The item is to be returned within 7 days using a traceable mode of delivery. The item must be returned unused and undamaged with the original packaging and tag intact. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. We are not responsible for any lost item in mail.
We do not accept overseas order and delivery.
